Cancellation conditions & terms and conditions

1. Withdrawal by the customer (cancellation, cancellation)

I. Cancellations due to Covid-19


Free cancellation

So that you can plan your holiday carefree, we offer you a free cancellation option up to 2 days before arrival (valid for stays up to May 1st, 2021) if one of the following reasons applies:

·          Travel warning of the highest level for Vorarlberg;
·          border closure;
·          If our chalet has to close due to Covid 19.

Should one of these reasons occur, we will of course cancel your booking without incurring any costs for you. Any down payment will be refunded to you or, at your option, used to rebook to a later travel period.


·          If you or a registered person traveling with you falls ill with Covid 19

      (presentation of the positive test result)
·          If you have to go into an officially ordered quarantine

II.     The following cancellation conditions apply

Cancellation up to 30 days before the agreed arrival: free of charge
Cancellation up to 14 days before the agreed arrival: 50% of the total package price
Cancellation up to 7 days before the agreed arrival: 70% of the total package price
Any later cancellation and no-show: 90% of the total package price.


III.   invoice

The settlement of the above cancellation fees takes place immediately after the cancellation and can be retained from any down payments received. Overages will be returned to the account details you provided. If credit card details have been deposited as security, you expressly agree to the charge by Mount 74 in the amount of the respective cancellation fee (possibly including an advance payment).


IV. Cancellations

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing, with electronic transmission (e-mail) being sufficient. It is recommended to take out hotel cancellation/travel cancellation insurance.

Note on repayments in the event of timely cancellation free of charge

In the event of a cancellation, we will try to get your transfer back as soon as possible. You have to wait a maximum of 14 days for your deposit to be returned.


V. further provisions

The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 in the currently valid version apply to all provisions not regulated in these General Terms and Conditions.
